Choose your patch type
- PVC for raised rubber details and bold shapes.
- Woven for fine lines, small lettering, and a flatter finish.
- Embroidered for raised thread and a classic textured look.
Have an idea for a patch?
Send us a description, rough sketch, or reference images. Our in-house artist can develop your idea into a custom patch design and provide a proof of concept for you to review before production.
What to send for a quote
- Artwork: Attach an AI, SVG, or PDF if available. A high-resolution PNG or clear sketch is a good starting point.
- Size and shape: Include the finished width and height in inches and any custom outline.
- Type and backing: Specify PVC, woven, or embroidered, plus hook backing or sew-on. Tell us if you want to discuss other backing options.
- Colors and details: Include color references or Pantone codes if you have them, and point out any lettering or details that must be preserved.
- Quantity: List the count for each design and colorway.
- Delivery: Include your shipping ZIP code, any deadline, and your name or organization.

One-time mold fee: $50 USD per custom patch design, separate from the per-patch prices above. Per-patch prices exclude packaging, taxes, and shipping. Packaging is billed separately, and applicable taxes and shipping are itemized in your quote. Let us know your deadline so we can confirm timing.
